These terms govern your use of the Ace Roofing website and the messages we send you. By using the site or requesting an estimate, you agree to them.

Use of the site

The site exists so you can learn about our services and request an estimate. Content on the site — including published price ranges — is informational; the price for your project is the one stated in your written estimate. You agree to provide accurate contact and property information when you book.

Estimates and work

Estimates are prepared from the information you provide and, for some trades, aerial measurement of your property. A signed estimate is contingent on onsite verification of measurements and conditions, as stated in the estimate document itself. The estimate document’s own terms control if they differ from this page.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Ace Roofing sends transactional text messages to customers who opt in on our booking form: a notification that the estimate you requested is ready, with a secure link to review and sign it, and up to two reminder messages about that estimate.

• Consent: you opt in by checking the consent box on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: varies; up to three messages per estimate request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or call us at (380) 262-6683.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep its content accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free. To the extent permitted by Ohio law, our liability arising from use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service at issue. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under a signed contract with us or under law.
