We use your information to prepare and deliver the estimate you requested, schedule and perform work, send you documents to review and sign, process deposits and payments, respond to your questions, and — only if you opted in — send you text messages about your project. We share it only with service providers who act on our behalf to run our business — such as website hosting, appointment scheduling, document delivery, payment processing, and message delivery — and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our booking form, we send transactional text messages about your project: a notification that your estimate is ready and up to two reminders about that estimate. Retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, warranty, and tax obligations. Records are stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security, and access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling (380) 262-6683. We will honor your request unless we are required to keep the record (for example, a signed contract or payment record).
